With the new version of the software, users have the opportunity to select the terminal operation mode, in which the high-performance algorithms of the 3DiVi Face Machine biometric platform are responsible for face recognition. The platform is provided as a SaaS solution in the 3DiVi cloud infrastructure, or it can be deployed on the organization's local network, ensuring business continuity and guaranteed performance of the entire complex.

As a result of the integration, the BioSmart Quasar terminal, created on the basis of 15 years of experience in the development of biometric equipment and taking into account advanced identification technologies, has become even more efficient thanks to the use of world-class algorithms from 3DiVi.

When the new mode is turned on, the terminal and the algorithms on the server-side of the 3DiVi Face Machine work as one command: the highly sensitive optical system "Quasar" (three cameras - RGB, IR, 3D) performs face capture and liveness check, and the 3DiVi Face Machine multidisciplinary neural network analyzes the image and identifies a person at a speed of up to 100 million comparisons per second, allowing access to be provided from the moment a face appears in front of the terminal in a matter of fractions of a second.

The issue of ensuring the security of user data has also been successfully resolved: both BioSmart Quasar and 3DiVi Face Machine are designed with confidentiality protection in mind and do not store face images and other personal information, which complies with the GDPR and Federal Law No. 152 "On Personal Data".
